FAQ – Shipping & Sizing

 Why is my cat not walking when I put the harness on?

Do not be alarmed if, when you put the jacket on your cat for the first time, it lies down and does not move. This is absolutely normal and it just takes a few times of having the jacket on for them to get used to it. When they are walking with the jacket on, they may walk low to the ground, again, this is normal and they will get used to this after a few occasions of having the jacket on.

Always make sure the jacket is fitted securely with the hook & loop attached all the way around. Please ensure the neck strap is tucked underneath the longer tummy strap. 

All back fastening jackets are fully adjustable and matching leads are available.

What size should I order?

Kitten: 12-15 inches (30cm – 38cm) around the tummy behind the front legs

Adult: 15-18 inches (38cm – 46cm) around the tummy behind the front legs

If you feel your cat is smaller or larger than the sizes provided, please contact us via the contact form or Facebook and we can custom make to suit.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are handmade and bespoke to you and take up to 14 business days to post. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.

How long from when my item is dispatched, will it take to get to me?

Depending on where you are in the world, depends on how long it’ll take to get to you.

UK – 5-7 business days once dispatched

Rest of the World – 7-10 business days once dispatched

Why can’t I view my tracking number?

If you would like your tracking number, please get in touch. All UK orders are sent “signed for” by Royal Mail for a small fee. This ensures that both us and the customer can see when the order has been dispatched and received.  We do not offer a tracked service in between.

Customs charges?

Due to EU restrictions, import duty has to be paid by you. This is not included at point of purchase.

Please ensure your personal details are correct.

Once your item has been dispatched, the order cannot be changed. If you have incorrectly entered the address, we cannot refund you. Please also ensure your email address is accurate, as we send your confirmation & dispatch emails here.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note this is NOT a dispatch email, it simply means we have received your order and will begin processing.

Hook & loop maintenance:

The hook and loop is bound to attract cat hair and floof. While we do our best to guarantee your cat’s safety, it is essential to maintain the hook and loop tape by removing cat hair etc. If this is not maintained it can reduce the effectiveness of the product. Please ensure you are regularly clearing the hook and loop straps to ensure maximum safety of your fur baby. Hook and loop tape does not last forever, so please ensure you are looking out for signs of wear and tear.
